This page explains what happens to your information when you use the booking form on this site, in plain language.

What we collect

When you check availability or book a stay, the form collects:

• Your name and email address
• Your check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests
• Anything you add in the optional notes field

What it's used for

This information is used only to check which villa is free for your dates and, if you confirm, to create your reservation. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it.

Who it's shared with

Your booking details are sent to Smoobu, the reservation system we use to manage bookings and send you a confirmation email. The site itself runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the page and processes the booking request — it doesn't see your data beyond handling that request.

How long it's kept

Your reservation details are kept in Smoobu for as long as needed to manage your stay and for standard booking records afterwards. If you only checked availability without booking, nothing is stored beyond that single request.
